Russell and I have both decided to shave our heads to help raise money for The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation in memory of my Dad.
We will be doing this on December 3rd surrounded by friends and family and a video will be posted as proof of our transformation.
If you'd like to come and join us, we will be at The Red Lion in Aldershot from 1pm with the shaving taking place at 3pm.
